Personal data reaches Dmytro Verzhykovskyi only when you send it through the proposal form, by email, or by phone, plus the standard request logs the hosting keeps for security.

What Data the Site Collects
The seodima.com website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels, or embedded social widgets. Pages are static files, and nothing you read on this site is profiled or shared with data brokers. The site handles personal data in the four ways listed below.
- Proposal form. The form on the contact page turns what you type (your name, email address, website, and any optional details) into an email to info@seodima.com, sent from the site's server through Amazon Simple Email Service. If your browser cannot reach the form, the form opens your own email app with the same text instead. Nothing from the form is stored in a database.
- Request logs. seodima.com is served from its own web server through the Cloudflare network. The server and Cloudflare record the IP address, time, requested page, referrer, and browser user agent of each request. The logs are used for security, bot filtering, and troubleshooting, and the server logs are deleted automatically after 60 days.
- Email. Mail to any address at seodima.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. A message you send arrives with your address and whatever you wrote, and is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
- Phone and WhatsApp. Calls, text messages, and WhatsApp messages to +1 (818) 290-1408 are handled like any business phone: your number appears to the recipient, and nothing is recorded beyond normal carrier operation.
How Your Data Is Used
Information you send through the proposal form, by email, or by phone is used for one purpose: answering you and, if you become a client, delivering the SEO engagement you asked for. seodima.com does not sell, rent, or share that information with third parties for marketing. There are no newsletters and no automated follow-up sequences; if you do not reply, you will not be chased by a drip campaign.
Client work happens inside accounts the client owns, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Access to those accounts is governed by the client agreement and by Google's own terms, not by this website policy.
Data Retention and Your Rights
Correspondence is retained as long as an inquiry or engagement is active, plus a reasonable business-records period. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time by writing to info@seodima.com. Deletion requests are honored unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record.
Residents of California have these rights under the CCPA, and visitors from the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under the GDPR. Most requests reduce to the emails and form requests you have sent, since request logs expire on their own after 60 days.
Third-Party Services Named in This Policy
Three providers touch data connected to this site: Cloudflare (page delivery, request logs, DNS, and email forwarding), Amazon Web Services (sending the proposal form email), and Google (the receiving mailbox). If you choose to write on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Links on seodima.com to external sites, such as verzhykovskyi.com or LinkedIn, lead to services with their own policies that apply once you leave this site.
Changes to This Policy
