Privacy Policy
seodima.com collects as little personal data as a working website can. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and has no forms. The only personal data Dmytro Verzhykovskyi processes is what you choose to send by email or phone.
Effective date: August 25, 2026. This policy covers the website seodima.com, operated by Dmytro Verzhykovskyi, founder of Pinnacli LLC, a consultancy registered in California, United States. Questions about this policy go to info@seodima.com.
What Data the Site Collects
The seodima.com website itself collects no personal data: there are no cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels, no embedded social widgets, and no contact forms. Pages are static files. Nothing you read on this site is recorded, profiled, or shared with data brokers.
- Hosting logs. seodima.com is served through Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3, United States). AWS processes visitor IP addresses transiently as a technical necessity of delivering pages over the internet. seodima.com has not enabled access logging, so no visitor log files are retained by the site operator.
- Email. Mail to any address at seodima.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. A message you send arrives with your address and whatever you wrote, and is kept as ordinary business correspondence.
- Phone. Calls and text messages to +1 (818) 290-1408 are handled like any business phone: your number appears to the recipient, and nothing is recorded beyond normal carrier operation.
How Your Data Is Used
Information you send by email or phone is used for one purpose: answering you and, if you become a client, delivering the SEO engagement you asked for. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. There are no newsletters and no automated follow-up sequences; if you do not reply, you will not be chased by a drip campaign.
Client work happens inside accounts the client owns, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Access to those accounts is governed by the client agreement and by Google's own terms, not by this website policy.
Data Retention and Your Rights
Correspondence is retained as long as an inquiry or engagement is active, plus a reasonable business-records period. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time by writing to info@seodima.com. Deletion requests are honored unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record.
Residents of California have these rights under the CCPA, and visitors from the European Economic Area have equivalent rights under the GDPR. Because the site collects nothing on its own, most requests reduce to handling the emails you have sent.
Third-Party Services Named in This Policy
Three providers touch data connected to this site: Amazon Web Services (page delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding), and Google (the receiving mailbox). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Links on seodima.com to external sites, such as verzhykovskyi.com or LinkedIn, lead to services with their own policies that apply once you leave this site.
Changes to This Policy
If the site ever adds a form, analytics, or any other data collection, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, with a new effective date at the top. The current version is always at seodima.com/privacy-policy/.
